Terms of service
The deal, plainly
Last updated 14 October 2026
- MavroPost is in a free beta. It works, but it's still being built, so it comes as it is.
- Nothing is posted for you unless you tap approve. What you approve is your decision and your responsibility.
- Your brand, your posts and your data stay yours.
- Don't use it for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
- You can stop whenever you like, and so can we, with notice.
Who we are
MavroPost (“we”, “us”) is an AI marketing manager for small businesses, run from the United Kingdom. Mavro is the assistant inside it. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are between us and the person or business using MavroPost (“you”). By signing in, you agree to them.
The beta
MavroPost is free while it's in beta. We may change features, limits or how it works as we learn, and we'll tell you before anything that matters to you changes. If we start charging, we'll tell you the price first, and you'll only pay if you choose to carry on.
You approve every post
Mavro drafts posts and checks them, but it can still get things wrong. Every post waits for you to approve it, and only approved posts are published. Before you approve, read it as if you'd written it yourself: it goes out under your name. You're responsible for what you approve, including that it's accurate and that you're allowed to say it.
Once approved, Mavro picks a time and publishes it. Until it goes out, you can still reject it in MavroPost. After it's published, it's on your Instagram, and you can edit or delete it there.
Your content
- Yours stays yours. Your brand, your logo, your website content, your photos and the posts made for you belong to you (or to whoever you got them from).
- What you let us do with it. You let us use it only to run MavroPost for you: to read your site, make and check your posts, publish the ones you approve and learn what works for your account. You can take this back by deleting your account.
- What you add must be yours to use. Only upload or link things you have the right to use.
- Stock photos come from Unsplash under its licence, with credit kept. Pictures Mavro makes with AI are made for your posts; you're free to use them.
- We don't use your content to advertise, and we only show it to others (for example as an example of MavroPost) if you say we can.
Using it fairly
Please don't use MavroPost to post anything illegal, misleading, hateful or harmful, to pretend to be someone else, to spam, or to break the rules of Instagram or any other platform. Don't try to get into other people's accounts or brands, or to overload or take apart the service. If you do, we may stop your access.
Instagram and other platforms
When you connect Instagram, you also agree to Meta's terms. Platforms can change their rules or their tools at any time, which may mean a post can't be published or a feature stops working. We'll do our best to tell you when that happens, but we can't promise it never will. Disconnect whenever you like, in MavroPost's Settings or in Instagram.
No promises about results
Mavro aims to make good posts and learns from what works, but we don't promise followers, reach, enquiries or sales.
If something goes wrong
We'll run MavroPost with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, during the free beta, it comes as it is and as available. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, for lost profits or business, or for what happens because of a post you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Stopping
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and email us to delete your account and data (see the privacy policy). We can end the beta, or your access, by telling you by email at least 14 days before, or straight away if you break these terms. Posts you've already published stay on your accounts.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. Something wrong? Email [email protected] first; we'd much rather sort it out with you.
